Being charged full price even though I've entered my student card.

I've entered my student details multiple times and the £4.99 lasts 1 or 2 months then I check my bank statement and its back up to £9.99. The first couple of times I let it slide but it's happening too frequently now and it's starting to annoy me. I'm a student I don't have alot of money.

1½yrs but I've typed in my details over 5 times.

Ive already looked at that and it says it lasts 12 months and an email
reminder is sent out when it is due to run out. Mine hasnt lasted 12 months
as I pointed out and ive had no such emails.
