Being ignored by customer service

Spotify customer service is terrible. I have been locked out of my premium account for several days now. I got an email saying to wait while they conduct an investigation 5 days ago. @SpotifyCares on Twitter told me 2 days ago that the accounts team would contact me soon. Now they are just straight up ignoring me. It is obvious that no one in their organization cares about their customers. I have deleted the app and filed a better business bureau complaint. I paid $60 for a 6 month subscription and got to use it for less than a week. Total ripoff
