I'm also having trouble bcause of the country I am in.

 

I used to live in Aus, now France, and I cannot use a French CC to pay for my subscription.  I have lost my premium subscription and have to use basic. 

 

I have tried to pay several times with no luck.

 

Please help.

That's odd. Could you try to change your country/payment method using another browser? That should help here. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
