Can login on Spotify site but not the app?

Hi I've tried many times carefully typing the password and can log in to my account online but it doesn't log in on the app saying 'login failed' in entering exactly the same details. Ugh please help! Thanks, Mel

HI there,

If you have a Facebook-created account, make sure to select the option LOG IN WITH FACEBOOk and enter your Facebook credentials.

If you have an account created using your email address, make sure to log in with your username (not your email address) and password. If that doesn't help, try to reinstall your Spotify app.
