Can not use spotify anymore

Hey ,
My best friend has a problem, her spotify is connected to facebook (she uses premium), but she forget the password and the password from her mail account ..so she can't her facebook password and can not use her spotify. My question ist or her question is: what options does she have? She wants to use spotify premium and she pays for it but she doesn't now how she should handle it. Telecom says she has to inform spotify about it and they would delete her account so she can make a new one.

If she submits this online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for them.
Once they get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
