Can't Use Spotify on PS4/PS3

Whenever I try to use the appplication on my PS4 or PS3, I can't. There's always an error screen that says, "Can't Connect to PlayStation Network" or something like that.

That's not true as the app works on other users on my PS4. 

If I try to refresh under the "Music" section of the Quick Menu, I get the error code: "ws-41754-1."

I've restarted my router and I can't even get past the error "can't connect to PlayStation Network" screen that opens within the app every time.

I can connect to the PS4 and play music, but even then, it's prone to errors (sometimes a song will have reached its end and will not go into the next one-this goes on forever. Or, a song will play with the name, artist, and album of another)

This has been going on for months. I've asked for help two times already, but nothing I tried has solved the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

There's a solution in this thread here and there's also this solution that has been posted on the Playstation 4 forum:

1. Log out of Playstation’s Network from the Playstation.

2. Follow this link on a computer or any device other than the Playstation. https://link.playstationmusic.com/spotify/details

3. After logging in, select the ‘Unlink’ hyperlink to unlink the old Spotify account from the Playstation Network account.

4. Log back in to Playstation’s Network from the Playstation and open the Spotify app.

5. You will then be asked to enter your login credentials for the new account.
