Can't change my country

I used to live in Finland, I now live in the UK. My IP address is definitely a UK one but I can't change my country in the settings. It lets me change it in the payment method settings but immediately changes it back to Finland for some reason even though I'm using an English bank account to pay for Premium, it just keeps saying Finland even if I change it. Not sure what's going on, I'm trying to get the student discount to work but it doesn't and I'm assuming that's because of the country settings so I need to get it changed.

Hey @shaiba,

If you've updated your payment method and billing address to a UK payment method and billing address, then the new payment method and country settings be in effect from your next payment date 🙂

It's not even asking for a billing address so I'm not sure what my billing address is. I want to apply the student discount but it says I'm not eligible. Does this mean I have to pay the full price next month to get the country to change and for it to let me use the student discount..?

You could cancel your subscription and wait until your account is back on the Free plan. Then you could just sign up to the student discount 🙂
