Can't change the location to my country

I registired my Spotify account as an account from Germany and now I wanted to get the premium version, but because I'm from Portugal, I can't change my country or pay the premium version. Any solutions?

As much as we'd love Spotify to be available to everyone, we can't offer it over in Portugal just yet.
