Can't log in

Can't log in

I haven't used my main Spotify account for a long time and I have forgotten the password. Whenever I try to reset it, I never seem to receive the resetting email. I have checked which email addresses I've blocked, but none of them belong to Spotify. I've already made an account to replace my main account, but I thought it'd be better to see if I could get my main account back. Thank you

Hey! This Contact Form should help.

I filled one and they sent me an email. The email told me to search frequently asked guestions, ask help from the community or find out about major service updates at @SpotifyStatus..

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
