Can't log into Spotify after I moved countries

Hi All

I need help please!  I have moved countries and did not realise that Spotify does not allow you to use it after 14 days being overseas from where the account was originally set up.  I have googled to find out that I should change my country in settings.  However now that I am logged out of the account, I can't even do this!  Help please to get me back on Spotify!  Is there any other way for me to get back onto my account???

I moved from Hong Kong to Tokyo.

I only realised that I couldn't use Spotify "overseas" after it was past the 14 days period and have not been able to log in since!

Super annoying coz I love using Spotify and it has all of my saved music stuff.

Any advise?

Have you tried updating your account's country setting on http://spoti.fi/2fFsOO3 yet?

Hello,

I have the same problem. I moved from Italy to Zambia and I'm not able to listen to SPotify. I tried changing the country, but there is no Zambia nor South Africa. I cannot even change from my profile (the only option is Italy). How can I access Spotify since I will be here for months? Thanks!

Unfortunately, Spotify is currently not available in Zambia. Check this support article out to find out where Spotify is currently available.

I tried to change the country on my profile, but I can't log in. Other options?

I have kind of same problem, I moved from chile to korea but I was kicked off the account and I can't access anymore to make any changes or whatever

What do you mean by "you can't log in"? Are you seeing any error messages? If so, can you please post a screenshot of it?

Hey Maxim hoping you might know something about this: I’ve changed my country online and now seem to be able to log into Spotify on my computer, but not on my iPhone. It just leads me thru logging in via Facebook, then back to “log in” page, time after time. I can’t get past it and therefore can’t use Spotify on my phone. Please help.
