Can‘t log into third party services

Can‘t log into third party services

Hello, I‘ve been having an issue with using spotify to log into third party services. Every time  I try to log in I get an error message that says “Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area”. I’ve been having this problem for a few weeks now, it just appeared out of the blue. How do i fix this??

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

The easiest way to get around this issue is to open Spotify and leave the error open. Open Task Manager (Control + Shift + Escape) and end the Spotify task.

 

Spotify should reopen without any problems.

Right!

 

Firstly, be careful when accessing third-party services: they are not official Spotify users, and may use your data for other purposes.

 

You should try with a different browser or open a private window (incognito mode) and see if that works.

Also, try on a different device (computer, tablet, etc.).
