Disabled Facebook Account / can't log-in email

My Question or Issue

My Facebook account, which was connected to my account and my only way to log in, was disabled. Now, I can not use Spotify on my phone as it was logged out. The only way I can access it now is my PC since it's still logged in. My question is, how can I reaccess it? There's an email connected to my Spotify account, but I don't know how to change it as I don't remember the password. Please help, thank you!
