Can't login anymore

Hello i can't login to my account, only on the website spotify.com

I can't login on my mobile, play.spotify.com and client. The same just happend for my brother?

It says incorrect username and password.

What to do? I have tried the contact form on spotify.com but after many days without response i give up.

Please hit "Sign out everywhere" button at your account control panel. And then try to login again.

If this does not help, have your received your case number after contacting support?

If support replies you to check community for a solution or if you received your case number (#XXXXXXXX), please reply back even if there is "no reply" tag and tell that you still need help. If your inbox is empty please check spam.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
