Can't put billing address, nor join a family plan

Can't put billing address, nor join a family plan

I just moved to Canada from US, and changed my country to Canada in the settings. However, when I join the invite link and put the exact address my family lives in prior to the address matching the primary account, it keeps saying "address does not match". What are the next steps?

Hey @liyaaaa, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you make sure that you’re entering the exact address? That means no abbreviations with any part of the address, and it must match exactly the same way as what’s listed on the Premium Family plan. Also, please make sure that you’re at the same physical address as the plan’s manager at the time of set up.

 

If you’ve checked for both things, you can ask the plan’s manager to send you another invite to the plan. Open the invite link using a different browser or private window and follow the same steps.
