Hi there,

 

So i seem to be caught in a weird spotify wormhole. I made an account that is linked to my facebook when I was studying abroad in France a few months ago. Because of this my spotify account shows I'm in France. Since coming back to the US I can no longer login because multiple country access is something only offered to premium users. I thought this would be no problem since I want to become a premium user anyway...

 

However, I am not allowed to upgrade to premium because my US Debit cards, credit cards, and paypal account all seem to be blocked because they are American not French (Probably some type of security thing with Spotify). So I cannot upgrade.

 

So then maybe I thought I could just delete my account and start over. Unfortunately since it's linked to my FB I cannot just add .del to the end of my email, I must actually login to the platform and unlink from facebook to delete, BUT I cannot login since I'm no longer in France and not a premium user.

 

SO, my question is: Is there anyway I can actually get my account working again without flying to france and editing my account details there.

I kind of have the same problem. My facebook account is blocked at the moment. I can't login on facebook or spotify. Spotify is still charging my credit card though.

 

Could some other community manager send me an mail as well? Because I couldn't login, I couldn't write this message with my own account. This is an account that I created so I was able to post something.
