Cancel Premium Account

Hi I want to cancel my Premium Membership. The last step to sign off is giving my password. But I never received a password as I signed-in with my facebook account,... Any idea?

Spotify support is going to respond with this advice, so try it now:

Try logging out from Facebook and then try to cancel again. Use your Facebook password to cancel. If it doesn't work, try it with another browser.

tried it and it's not working. I still have to give my password which I never got. And this is not my facebook password,... Cant believe it is so difficult to sign off,...  

Any idea what to do?

Outalimit - Your Facebook login details should work. As Stupefy mentions above, please try using a different internet browser. Like Chrome or Firefox.

I did use different browser and followed your instructions. I couldnt sign off. 

As Im from Germany I changed my country setting into USA and I retried the sign-off procedur and it finally worked ?!?

Really strange but you may check the german page and fix it in case more people gonna have the same trouble.
