Cancel a cancellation

Hi

My Mum somehow managed to log in to spotify and speak to someone on live chat and subsequently requested her account be closed. However, she wasnt actually wanting to do this, she just wanted to delete the program from her laptop. 

I cant now log in to her account as its been deleted so i cant figure out how to request the cancellation be cancelled, despite her being told she had 7 days to stop the account being deleted.

Im away to be out of the country for 3 weeks so kinda need to help her get this sorted asap.

Ive now explained the difference between deleting an account and deleting the program 😉

Who do i contact or how do i get on to the live chat?
