Cancelled account but still being charged

Cancelled account but still being charged

I cancelled my account a few months ago and I am still being charged each month. When I log in, it shows that I don't have a premium account. I talked to Sprint and they said they can't do anything on their end and to contact Spotify. I put forth a complaint with Spotify support and no one has responded.

When you contacted support did you receive a no-reply email? 


If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂
