Cancelled premium, still being charged

I cancelled my premium account in September's but have been charged £9.99 for the last 6 months. Please arrange a full refund and stop taking money from my bank account without my authorisation.

I have persistently contacted you asking you to stop charging me for using Spotify Premium, and reimburse my bank account with the money taken from it.

I HAVE SENT 3 'CONTACT FORMS' NOW AND HAVE HAD NO REPLY ON EACH OCCASION.

PLEASE may you advise me how to sort this continuing issue out - It is unacceptable.

Can you post your case number here from when you got in touch (will be in the first automated reply you get when you submit a form)?

I can then escalate it to the community staff to look into for you.
