Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

It sounds like you reverted from Spotify Premium for Family to iTunes's regular Spotify Premium subscription.

 

I'd recommend checking your subscription page. If it says you are subscribed to Premium, I'd suggest canceling your subscription and contacting Spotify.

If your subscription page says you are a free user, you should contact Spotify.

 

You can contact Spotify in a couple of different ways:

  • Twitter (twitter.com/spotifycares)
  • Contact Form (support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support) // If you receive an automated email from Spotify redirecting you back here, reply to it, even if the address says no-reply.

Either way, you can check out Spotify's refund policy to determine if you're eligible for a refund.
