Cannot Log In - Email is both simultaneously unattached to an account and attached at the same time

A few weeks ago, I discovered my Free Spotify had been logged out. When I tried to log back in, the password was suddenly incorrect. Confused, I tried to reset it, but no reset emails ever came. I have tried to reset it upwards of a dozen times at this point.

 

Since that wasn't working, I tried to log in via Facebook as I had a few times before. I received a page that said "You previously logged in as [Name]" and was able to click the "Log in as [Name]" button -- only to be told that my Facebook had never been attached to a Spotify account.

 

I've been trying to get help for this for weeks from Support and heard absolutely nothing back. I have emailed them four separate times -- twice after using the Support chat, making sure to include the reference number the Support member included; once with nothing but my information; and a final time after reaching out on Facebook to SpotifyCares, who told me to send an email. No response. Yes, I've checked my spam folders. There are no emails from support@spotify or no-reply@spotify or any other number of variations I could think of.

 

I'm getting tired of the runaround and the silence. I'm annoyed that I had to make a second account just to post this. Can anyone here help me get back into my account?
