Cannot Remove Bose Device From Spotify Connect

Hi there!

 

A few weeks back I was down with my family in a rental property in Mexico. This property had a Bose speaker system set up through the house, and I was able to easily connect my Spotify account to it and play music that way.

 

Unfortunately, despite changing my password and using the "sign out of everywhere" option, the Bose system is still in my list of available devices. This also means that whoever is at that rental property is able to use my account.

 

How can I have this device removed?

Hey @brianmjwood!

 

It's not cool that this happens. Just to confirm, did you connect to the Bose speaker via Bluetooth? Also, let us know if you've experienced interruptions when streaming music.

 

We'll see what to suggest.
