Cannot change country from France to Germany

II just changed my account from premium to family - during that process I noticed, that my account is set to france - but I am in germany? I have been to Paris three weeks ago, maybe it has something to do with that.

I am not able to change my country in my account settings (the dropdown is greyed out). I have a german IP, I do not login via facebook (though fb is set to a german city)

I also updated my payment information (there, I am able to set it to germany, but the settings are not taken over to my account).

My wife has got her family invitation in french I I also get french recommendations in my spotify app.

Any ideas or help?

oh - and btw: of course I get the french autoresponder when sending an (english) mail to the spotify support 😉

btw: I already tried it in the payment options - it accepts the changes to "Deutschland"

any suggestions?

FYI: the nice people at @SpotifyCares  (twitter) have been so kind to perform their magic on my account - no way to fix it by myself. But they did help me fast and competent -Thanks for that!
