Cannot change country!

Cannot change country!

I signed up to Spotify in the US but now I live in Mexico. I cannot change my country, ZIP code, anything. I log in, change everything in profile and then a message appears saying that my email is already being used (obviously). How can I solve this??

It sounds like you have two accounts - possibly you logged in with a username as well as facebook. Have you tried logging in with your facebook credentials (email address not username) instead of a username? If that doen't help, get in touch here and the account team will help.
