Cannot find United States in Change Country

Currently Canada, trying to change to United States

 

My Question or Issue

In Update Payment Details, I hit Change Region/Country, then I hit Change Country. In the Choose your Country screen, I cannot find United States. All other countries are there, except United States. 
I have tried adding a US credit card to my payment options, but when I do, I am met with "Your payment method and country don't match. To continue, change your account's location or use a different payment method." I can't change the location, as per the explanation above. 

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Generally, you should only be seeing the country your account is currently set to and the country you're currently in (if it doesn't match with your current country setting). However, you shouldn't ever see more than two countries in the list.

 

Can you please post a screenshot of how it looks on your end? 🙂 And are you currently in the US?
