My Question or Issue
Hello, since today I am having issues logging in from my Pixel phone. Logging in on a desktop, or Chrome mobile works. I have tried
- uninstalling
- wiping cache
- login with Facebook
- login with password
- login without password (email link)
What should I do?

We'd suggest you to click here and reset the password. Then you can try again logging into the account with the new password and your email address or username.
If you receive an error message, you can send us a screenshot of it. We'll take a look.

Did that already, both using numeric username and email. Spotify doesn't let me take screenshots, but error is "You're offline, check your connection and try again"...which I am not 🙂

Thanks for getting back to us.
In this case we'd recommend that you follow these steps and run a clean reinstall. This will make sure that no old cached files are causing issues.
If that doesn't help, it'd be a good idea to let us know if this happens with 3/4G, Wi-Fi, or both, and trying with a different network if possible.
