Cannot login on any device

My Question or Issue

I made my spotify account using my gmail on the website. Now when i try to sign in via google on any of my devices, (Iphone 14 pro max, IPad mini 4, and a Macbook pro) on the app it says username and password combination is incorrect, and the website says, "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area."  So then i tried to reset my spotify password on the website and it said there was no account registered with the email. Then I tried to make a new account with the email and it says there's already an account registered with the email. What am I supposed to do here?
