Cant Log-in /forgot username or password

Hi, i have opened an account for my mum. The problem is that somehow she logged-out and when she wanted to log in back, she forgot her username or password. Couldnt find any e-mail neighter I. The only thing that connects our accounts is that i am paying for her account from my debit card. 

So the first question is if i can find out something about her account if i am paying for that from my card? Like the user name?The second one, if i wont find out. How can i  cancel the payment for her account if i couldnt log in?

You have to contact the Spotify support team here. They will help you to find your email connected to your official account.
