Cant log in

Cant log in

My account. [removed sensitive info] is not available. I can’t log in and I can’t reset password.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If you're having trouble accessing your account, try the following: 

 

  • Make sure you're using the correct email and try with any other email you have. Go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. We will only send the reset email to a Spotify registered email address.
  • Try logging in with the different log in options: Google, Facebook, Apple.
  • Check if you have more than one account by following these steps.
  • Try logging in from this link or another device.
