Change from UK to Canada

Trying to change country from UK to Canada, using the instructions on the webpage, but when I change to Canada, it is only changed country to "undefiend", so my payment wont work, so what is the best way to change country, cancel the subscription or is there a fix for it?

I'd recommend you to contact support directly here so they can help you straighten this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
