My Question or Issue

My credit card expired last week so I had to change payment method to extend my spotify premium. I added a new credit card immediately, received a payment receipt from Spotify by email and 9,99 EUR was taken of my account (4 days ago). However every time I open Spotify, a banner keeps showing up saying that I have to change my payment method. I've logged out and logged in again but the red banner still appears. 

 

Thanks for your advice on how to solve this issue.

Hi there!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and renewed the Premium subscription for that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
