Changing location

Changing location

I cannot change my location from Ireland to Australia in order to use a new payment method (Australian credit card). The option to change region is currently locked in my account settings.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When on Premium, you can only update your country setting by updating your payment method. 🙂

Just make sure to select the country of your new payment method below the list of payment methods and at the bottom of the page before selecting it.

I started my account in Germany but since moved to Belgium. I want to change the country so we can use the premium family account with my husband.

 

In order to change my country they want me to change my method of payment. But they won't let me change my payment method because we are in two different countries????

 

Now the account has changed me premium family to single and I can't change it because my payment methods are wrong

 

I am losing my mind? Is there any way to speak to someone directly????

 

For anyone having the same problem: I found a solution!

 

You need to cancel your subscription and go back to the free plan. Then you can change the country easily. After that you can join any other plan you would like.
