Charged at the BEGINNING of the "Free" Trial!

Charged at the BEGINNING of the "Free" Trial!

I just registered for the one month free trial Spotify Premium, and chose Paypal as my payment method. When for some reason the payment wasn't processed at first try, I hit the Back button, and tried again. This time the payment went through. But I was charged $9.99 instantly, instead of at the end of the first month.

Now I am NOT asking for a refund. But I do want my one month free trial back. So I would appreciate it if one month of subscription is added to my account. Thanks.

Hi, you should use the Support Form and they will either refund you or add the extra month on 🙂

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
