Charged full price not special offer price for premium

After the 1 week free trial period I got an offer for 3 months at 0.99. However, I was charged 12.99 per month through itunes. Am I now subscribed twice through the same account and how do I get the $12.99 back?

The 0.99 offer is not available by paying through the iTunes store. It is only available through the website.

iTunes charges 12.99 which is higher than the regular 9.99 because Apple charges a fee for all iTunes payments.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
