Charged twice per month

Charged twice per month

My account has been charged double for Jan 2017 and Feb 2017 and I only have one account. User name Tama1516,email tama2407@gmail.com. Please provide refund immediately $NZ12.99 per month ($25.98)

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Usually when you get double charged is because you double-clicked the upgrade to Premium button, and that double charge should cover you for two months. Since this is the opposite of what should've happened, please use the Contact Form and an agent should be with you soon. If you get an automated response requesting you to reach out to the Community again, please respond to that e-mail (even if it's a no-reply address). It will help you get things going faster 🙂
