Charged twice

I have been charged twice both in November and December after signing up for the free premium for a month.  I love using spotify but I am beyond frustrated that I have been double charged and there is no real way to get in contact with someone about the issue.  I've sent an inquiry and gotten an automated response, but is there a way to resolve this faster than waiting for an e-mail that may never come?

If you get an automatic response you can reply to that. Also, if you get an 8 digit case number, let us know and me know and I can chase it up for you
