Claiming Artist account

I want to claim my artist account. I get to the step to confirm by logging into my Artist Instagram account, however when I try to log in, I get this: "Insufficient Developer Role: Insufficient developer role".

Have anyone else experience the same or a similar issue? And how did it get resolved?

Start a chat with support on Spotify For Artists, follow their requests (sending links to websites, social media, etc), and they’ll get it handled. I’ve done it twice now and received access within ten-twenty minutes.

They keep telling me I will gain access once it’s verified/ approved since about a week plus

I'm having similar issues. Mine is, there isn't any option to connect social media accounts since i don't have a website.
