Changed from Individual to wife's Family plan and can't use DJ anymore

Changed from Individual to wife's Family plan and can't use DJ anymore

Hello,

I was using an Individual subscription plan and could use DJx then cancelled it and joined my wife's plan and for some reason I can't use it anymore. Both of us are in the USA and she can use DJx but for some reason it says I can't and that it's not available in my country but it hasn't changed at all.

First, I recommend logging out of the Spotify app and logging back in twice in a row. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, performing a clean reinstall of the app is worth a shot to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

If the problem persists, could you provide a bit more info? Specifically:

  • The version of the Spotify app you’re currently using.
  • Whether this issue happens on other devices as well, like your computer or tablet.
  • Any screenshots of error messages or unusual behavior.
