Bonjour, cela fait un mois que je tente de vous contacter sans aucune reponse de votre part. Depuis la mise à jour de votre logiciel toutes mes playlists ont été supprimé ainsi que le statut de mon compte. Serait-il possiblme d'avoir de plus ample information car je ne comprend pas ? Bien sur j'ai essayé les solutions proposé sur votre forums sans aucun résultats ..

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand via email in French. 😉 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
