Connecting spotify account to other sites

Hello, I'm trying to submit my music to spotify curators / playlist managers on other sites. Ex: https://workhardplaylisthard.com/submit

They ask to access information in my spotify account. Is this safe? When it says "mange your public playlist", what does it mean? Can they edit or delete songs? Create playlists? I've attached an image displaying what kind of information they are asking for.

Hey, I don't know if they would be able to delete songs or playlists but I believe you can revoke access to them if they do things you dont want them to do by going to account settings. I just don't know if you can undo anything they might do.
