Hello,
At the moment I experience issues connecting to:
https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/
and then more specific: https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/receipt/
It is impossible to conenct to the latter, resulting in not being able to see my receipts that I need right now for my taxes (!).
Are more people experiencing this? Hopefully this get's fixed soom, because I really need those receipts.
Another question: how much tax/vat do we pay per month if we have the 9.99 subscription?

Thanks hammeh for your very quick repsonse! I guess I will have to wait and see, but now I know at least they are working on it.
Well, the page is up and running again, but now I see I miss 3 invoices (sept, oct, nov) on that overview!
Am I the only one, or are other people also missing some receipts?
Are those receipts that are missing paid for as part of your rolling subscription?
I notice on mine I don't have receipts for any months I redeems a premium gift code instead of paying with my debit card.

Hi Peter,
Yes, those belong to my automatic premium subscription through my creditcard. They are listed on my banksreceipts for those months, so expect them also here in my overview in my account on spotify.com, just like all the other months that I do see.
That is very strange! I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate why those are not appearing for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
