Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Artists will always be compensated for track plays, so you don't need to worry about that. When you say you paid for 2 months in advance, did you do that somehow through your subscription or did you purchase gift/eCards?

Either way, if you have changed your country to UK, then you can subscribe or purchase eCards using a UK credit or debit card once your current premium runs out.

Hello,

I paid for Spotify premium when i was in the U.S. with my bank card there, i am now staying in the UK for a while, i paid for two months in advance. I also changed my country to UK, is this okay since i paid in the U.S.? Do artists still get paid? I am a little confused on how this works. I am just worried since i paid in the U.S., it doesnt translate to the UK Spotify, and i just feel like i should just cancel everything and just make a brand new UK account so i can pay with a UK credit card.

Your account will still work, and if you changed your country to the UK, then you will be able to use your UK card. Be aware that you may not be able to listen to some tracks that aren't available in the UK.

If you want, you can keep your country on US until your premium runs out to still be able to listen to all your tracks, then change it to the UK to use your UK card 🙂

Oh, welcome to the UK 😉
