Country doesn't match with one set

I currently can't login to my account because my country does not match with the one set in my profile. I checked my profile and it says that I live in the US. I do not live in the US and have never been there. I attempted to change my country to Australia (where I live) but when I click the drop down menu it doesn't give me the option to change countries. I have checked my IP adress and it is definitely located within Australia. Any help would be appreciated.

P.s I am a free acount

In thise case it's best to contact support so they can take a look at your account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
