Credit Card Expiry Notice When Profile Shows It Isn't

Hello  🙂

A few days ago when I start Spotify I get the banner along the top saying my credit card is about to expire but I have already updated the account with my renewed card details and when I go into my profile it shows my one current card with the expiry date in a couple of years time - no expiring card.

How can I get rid of the banner and if Spotify is in error how do I make sure it doesn't end my subscription?

Hi Ricardoroberto - Hm, that's strange. According to our records your last payment was taken on that new credit card. 

I believe this is message is just a cosmetic error (albeit an annoying one). Your Premium subscription shouldn't be affected though. 

Have you tried a clean reinstallation recently? http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/tech/clean-reinstallation-of-spotify/

No I have not tried a re-install but will try it.

As a matter of interest it pops up on all the Windows computers I have it installed on but not my Android tablet.  

I will try a re-install and see what happens. Thanks.
