Credit card problem

I have used spotify for 2 years. In two years all the payments that i made for the premium with my only one credit card. This month i couldnt pay for the premium, its say that i might have some problems with my credit card. I called my bank and asked if there are any problem with my credit card and they said everything is alright. But i still cant pay for the premium! I live in Turkey by the way. I couldnt reach any customer service and i am getting angry. Please help me!!

Pretty sure there's an issue reaching Turkish credit card processors or something. I wasn't able to upgrade to premium (I'm in Turkey too) as it kept getting stuck in loading. That is, until I turned on a VPN with a Dutch IP....
