I have two accounts and I can't merge them. And I can't link my Spotify Family

Hi

I had my first account linked with Facebook. But when I contracted Spotify Family, I created a new account with a new user and mail.

Now I can't link the token of the Spotify family with any account. 

How can I fix it up?

If you're hoping to merge accounts the only way to do that is by contacting Spotify Care, which you can do through this contact form. If on the other hand you're having trouble with your Premium for Family Subscription then have a flick through this FAQ, which should answer most questions you might have.
