Deleted account still active

I deleted a spotify account over 2 weeks ago. Then with my account right now I tried to change my email to my new email and it won't let me because it says there's already an account with the email. Then I went to check on the account I deleted and it still shows when I search it even though I had decided to delete it.

Hey @Flor09, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It can take up to 30 days from the day you deleted your account until you can use that email address again and that's when your profile will no longer be available. The timeframe is 14-30 days.

If after that 30 day mark you're still seeing that profile, please reply back to this thread and we'll continue from there.

My Question or Issue

A week ago, my account was stolen and I deleted the account and the email linked to it, and the recovery link in that email also expired. However, when I search my old account from my new account, my profile appears clearly. Will my profile be cleared in the next days or will my entire account be stolen?
