I've deleted my facebook which was linked to my spotify premium. I've now created a new account. How can i access my old friends and playlists?

Spotify Support can transfer all your stuff to a new account, just contact them through one of the channels:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
