Deleting account

Hi,

 

I once created my account using facebook. I don't want to use facebook to log in anymore.

 

I've sent 3 contact forms to delete my account so that i can create it anew.

So far no answer from spotify except dor an automatic mail telling me to go read the FAQ, my account is still active.

 

Can you please do something about this ?

 

If need be, I can provide the CAS number for the three contact forms.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

You will have received an automated response from those forms you sent in. Make sure to reply to them directly (even if it is from a no-reply) with your 8 digit case reference number, and the appropriate department will get back to you.

 

If you still don't get a response within 24-48 hours, let me know those numbers and I'll escalate them to the staff.

Spotify Case # 03072494: Delete/close my Spotify account - So I can make a new account ref

 

I am having this same issue with both our accts that we have.  Have put in support request AND replied back to the auto response email.  I really need some help on this.  Basically we can use our premium acct on one phone and the free on one phone.  We have two kids with ipads and I have my own tablet.  Paying for Spotify, which we LOVE is useless right now.
