[Desktop][Other] Is there anyway to get help??

I am  on Spotify Premium, which works on my phone. When i log in on my laptop it says I am on 'free'.

I want to upgrade to family. But dont know if i should do it from my phone or laptop??? I also dont want to be charged twice, Im pretty sure i've already been overcharged for a month. How do i know this wont happen again?

Why cant i contact Spotify, if i'm paying for a service?

Hi @MiloNewtown11, I've moved your post to the Accounts and Subscriptions board, which the best place to begin figuring out this issue. 

As I'm less familiar with this area, I'll let others assist you, but it sounds to me like you have two accounts, which is why you have Premium on your phone and Free on Desktop. You might want to make sure you're logging in with the correct credentials on spotify.com (this is particularly common with accounts created with Facebook) before we move forward with solving your issue.
